I’m not sure if I was clear in my intention.. I’m not looking for someone to ask questions to.. I’m looking for you to ask me questions.

I had an idea for something and I need your help and input. I want to work on a set of articles about long distance relationships (LDR). The goods, the bads and the uglies of them. So I’m going to call on those of you who have had a failed/difficult LDR to ask questions that would help you and others in LDR’s. Those of you who have or have had in the past a successful LDR to offer tips.

I was outside tonight with my camera, after digging in the dirt to plant some tomato plants and decided to take a small video of what it looks like around our house. My camera hand ain’t that steady, but it’s a neat little video of what I see all the time.

I took a few pictures of my plants too, just cuz I can.





I know the one is a bit blurry, I was walking when I took it.

I went out to take a pic of my mom’s plant.




I went and bought 6 tomato plants today to plant. *gigglebounce*

Sometimes you’re the windshield, sometimes you’re the bug.
Today, I’m feeling pretty buggy. Blah.

I’ve had a pretty nasty cold most of the week and it sucked. Literally and figuratively. I felt like it was sucking my soul out of me. I feel better today at least. Not that it does me a whole fat lot of good for the holiday weekend. Someone has to work closing shifts. Meh.

One thing that I’ve noticed the last couple months is that I have been getting the worst possible cramps ever. And I never, ever, used to get cramps like that. Once a year max, I’d get cramps, but this was the second time in as many months. Ugh. I know it’s because of the meds, she warned me it was possible, but man.

Other random news, our car, by some miracle, passed inspection yesterday. Well no it’s not a miracle, it’s had $2000 worth of work done on it, it’d better pass!

Now that Dancing With The Stars and American Idol are over with, I have no real idea what the hell to watch on TV. *laugh* I do watch Celebrity Fit Club, but everything else I watch is done with. So with that, there will be no more reality show recaps posted here. I started a journal, off site and public, for that. Hopefully as a way to draw in some ads revenue from google adsense, along with readers outside my LJ. Not that I don’t love you guys to death.

It *is* syndicated to livejournal, however as: realitytv_girl / . Currently, I’m watching, The Apprentice: UK, so it’s got some fresh content as I watch that.

Other than that? I got nothing.
I need motivation to write.

Finally, the weeks of torture is done. We have a finale.

Mmm great start to the show, Blake and Jordin singing I Saw Her Standing There. I love this song.
We did not, however, need to hear Gwen Stefani sing.
Kelly Clarkson is back in front of the judges again. Wonder if she was nervous.
Oooh the Golden Idols! I love this part of the finale. The best of the worst auditions.

Another lackluster season is in the bag.

One night of songs, one night of results and the Idol will be chosen. How will it go? Who knows.


Blake - You Give Love A Bad Name - Beat boxing his way to the top? I didn’t care for the singing, but the beat boxing was good.
Jordin - Fighter - Good song choice, but she was shrieky. I didn’t care for it over all.
Round 1 - Blake.

Blake - She Will Be Loved - I liked this. Thank you for the reminder that you *can* sing.
Jordin - A Broken Wing - I don’t like this. Not her best.
Round 2 - Blake.

Blake - This Is My Now - I didn’t care for him singing this. It doesn’t suit his style.
Jordin - This Is My Now - This suits her more, however, she is shrieky. She did out sing Blake with that song.
Round 3 - Jordin

I think it’s going to be Jordin, even though, I’d rather see Blake win.
We’ll see how it goes. For now, Daughtry is my idol.

Two hours to find out. This should prove to be a long night.

Joey tango’s again. I still do not like this dance. Score - 30
Laila mambo’d again. I didn’t care for it. Score - 30.

Now what? Lets get rid of someone.
Goodbye to Laila. She did better over all than I expected her to.

And now, the kicked off stars dance. They haven’t improved.
Dance, puppets, dance. Only another 20 minutes.

And the winner is…. APOLO ANTON OHNO!!!!

It’s the finale week for Dancing and American Idol. Monday night, means the final dances for Dancing With The Stars.

Judges Choice:
Laila - Pasodoble. It was dramatic, but not that great. The judges loved it with a 29 score.
Apolo - Rhumba. Not a big fan of this either. Is she wearing a dress or shorts? Score of a 28
Joey - Cha Cha. Interesting dance. I enjoyed it, but it wasn’t a cha cha. Score of 26.

Freestyle Round:
Laila - I didn’t like this. It was different, but eh. Score of 26.
Apolo - I LOVED that one. Bust a move they did! Score of a 30.
Joey - I liked this a lot. It was something you’d expect from Joey. Score of a 30


So one more dance tomorrow night and it’s over. Go Apolo!
