Congratulations!! I have Little Brother on my list for the challenge, too. I’m eager to see what you mean about the afterward — because I can never resist reading them, either. In fact, there was a book that I really liked that was totally ruined for me by the Q&A with the author in the back. She basically admitted that she created a happy ending to sell books, when she really wanted to have the book end another way.

Thanks for all of your nice words about Books on the Nightstand, and for playing along with us on the DystopYA challenge.

As for audiobooks, I actually find that it takes me *longer* to listen to an audiobook than it does to read the physical book. But of course, that’s balanced by the fact that I can do something else while listening.

I’ve seen Rent multiple times and love it. The seats you are talking about are called “Rush Seats” or “Rush Tickets”. These seats are usually located in the first two rows, so you’ll get really great seats if you get there in time. FYI, people start lining up WAY early for this, because it’s a well known thing with Rent.

The most important thing to remember is that VoIP is only as good as your internet connection. If you have any packet loss or jitter you will notice it in your phone calls. Also a router that does QOS may be a good investment if your stuck with a lower bandwidth connection IE 2MB down and 768k up.
